Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in attracting, identifying, and engaging the top talent that drives Kirvera’s growth. This role is highly collaborative and strategic, serving as both a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You will partner across departments to design and execute innovative recruitment strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that every candidate experiences Kirvera’s culture of excellence and inclusivity from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and best practices for talent acquisition.
- Champion Kirvera’s employer brand by ensuring an engaging and inclusive candidate experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in corporate or high-growth environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (not required)
- Preferred: aPHR certification (not required but considered a strong plus)
- Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace and advocating for diversity in hiring
