Job Description
The Influencer Program Associate is a key contributor to Kirvera’s marketing and brand partnerships strategy. This role involves identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with influencers and content creators to elevate our brand presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and passionate about digital marketing and the beauty industry. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors aligned with Kirvera’s vision
- Assist in the planning and execution of influencer campaigns across social media platforms
- Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide insights for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure brand alignment in all influencer content
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, contracts, and deliverables
- Support influencer outreach, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
- Research industry trends and competitor campaigns to inform strategy and optimize program outcomes
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing influencer relationships or digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (not required)
- Preferred: 2–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships
- Passion for hair, beauty, and lifestyle industries
