Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional support to our customers. You will guide them on product usage, resolve order and account issues, and ensure every interaction reflects Kirvera’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Provide guidance on product features, usage, and care
  • Resolve orders, account issues, and escalate complex matters as needed

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with hair care products is a plus
