Job Description

The Business Development Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting executive-level initiatives, market expansion strategies, and operational projects that directly impact Kirvera’s growth trajectory. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills. You will work closely with senior leadership to research business opportunities, coordinate cross-functional projects, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, competitive analysis, and potential partnership opportunities
  • Assist senior leadership in developing and executing strategic business plans that align with corporate objectives
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and objectives are met efficiently
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and proposals for executive review
  • Support business development initiatives including partnership outreach, networking, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of contacts, initiatives, and ongoing projects
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize business processes and drive organizational growth

Required & Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not required)
  • Preferred: 2-5 years of experience in business strategy, corporate development, or sales support
  • Experience in the hair and beauty industry is a plus but not required
